I was in the mood to get some authentic Shanghainese Dumplings and this spot didn't disappoint. They were intact and very juicy (which is key to good Shanghai Dumplings). I also ordered the Pan Fried Dumplings after reading them in a local food review. I was disappointed in the taste or lack thereof. The dumplings were a little too large and had a hard texture.

Tasty Noodle House is one of my favourite places to eat in Los Angeles! If it were up to me I would eat here every week! Very relaxed atmosphere and the service is quick as it is always relatively quiet at the times I dine. My favourite by far are the Soup Dumplings with Pork, the Pork and Chive dumplings and the BBQ Pork buns. I also LOVED the Tofu, the String Beans with House Sauce as well as the Beef with Spicy Sauce. I would recommend coming here with a large group so you can try as much as humanly possible!

DELICIOUS!!!!!! Very good noodles for a very good price. Would 100% come back. It's small, but that's what makes it such a good hole-in-the-wall location.

Very flavorful food. We decided to walk in as it was near our home and they have full of surprises. First, our server girl was in a hurry to take order which is normal in china lol. But food is great~! And thats all it matter for me.

Good for the staples, the cut noodles or pulled ones. The tofu ones are good with beef broth (didn't try the vegetable broth). Ambiance is legit though there are a lot of crackers coming since j think it was on some hipster tv show.
